La Junta Directiva del Banco Ganadero se compondrá de cinco (5) miembros principales y sus respectivos suplentes, así: el Ministro de Agricultura, o su delegado; un representante del Presidente de la República y tres representantes de los accionistas particulares, elegidos por el sistema de cuociente electoral.
