IVA sobre comisiones. En los contratos forward, futuros, swaps, opciones, y en las operaciones simultáneas, que se realicen conforme a las disposiciones que sobre la materia expida la Sala General de la Superintendencia de Valores y la Superintendencia Bancaria, en los cuales no se pacte o pague comisión y/o prima en favor de uno de los contratantes no existe prestación de hacer. Cuando se pacte o pague comisión y/o prima, se aplicarán las normas generales vigentes previstas para el pago de comisiones.
