Inmediatamente que sea aprobado por el Gobierno el estudio técnico que presente la Comisión de Ingenieros que se ocupa actualmente en el trazado del funicular aéreo que ha de poner en comunicación la ciudad de San José de Cúcuta con la de Ocaña y el río Magdalena, en el Departamento del Norte de Santander, el Gobierno procederá a construirlo, en el menor tiempo posible.
