° El artículo 574 del Código de Justicia Penal Militar quedará así:' "Artículo 574. Cuando exista investigación previa, se leerá el concepto del Auditor de Guerra de que trata el artículo 57 del Código de Justicia Penal Militar y aquellas piezas procesales que soliciten las vocales, acto seguido el Presidente suspenderá la audiencia y pondrá copia del expediente a disposición de las partes, en forma simultánea, por un tiempo igual a un día calendario por cada mil folios, o acción. El original quedará a disposición, del Presidente y las Vocales. La Secretaria, funcionará en forma, permanente e ininterrumpida durante las veinticuatro (24) horas diarias hasta que se termine este período. Cuando no exista investigación previa, se oirán por el Consejo los informes del funcionario de instrucción, sin permitir la presencia de sindicados o defensores".
