De las Interconexiones Internacionales de Gas Natural. Los Agentes Exportadores o Importadores podrán construir, administrar, operar y mantener las Interconexiones Internacionales de Gas Natural que se requieran para transportar el gas natural destinado a la exportación o importación; así mismo, podrán disponer de la capacidad de transporte de las Interconexiones Internacionales de Gas Natural.

Parágrafo

Si para realizar la exportación o importación de gas natural se utilizan tramos de gasoducto o gasoductos que hagan parte del SNT, deberá cumplirse respecto de dichos tramos de gasoductos o gasoductos con lo previsto en el Reglamento Único de Transporte – RUT.
