Requisitos ascenso Oficiales. Para ascender en la jerarquía militar, hasta el grado de Brigadier General o Contralmirante, inclusive los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, además de los requisitos exigidos en los artículos 24, 33, 35, 36, 38, 39, 40, 42, 43, 44, 45 y 46 del Decreto 2337 de 1971, deberán ser recomendados por la Junta Asesora del Ministerio de Defensa.
