Competencia prevalente. La Superintendencia Nacional de Salud tendrá competencia prevalente en el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud, para conocer, investigar y sancionar las conductas irregulares de personas, entidades públicas, privadas o mixtas, cualquiera que sea su naturaleza jurídica, cuando se trate de asuntos que tienen que ver específicamente con la financiación, aseguramiento y calidad en la atención en salud.
