Si la obligación es de pagar una suma de dinero determinada por guarismo e intereses, el mandamiento ejecutivo se libra para el pago de aquella y éstos desde que se hicieron exigibles hasta el día en que se haga el pago.

Si el tipo del interés es indeterminado, o hay lugar a su reducción, se regula, dentro del juicio, como se dispone en el artículo 1199.
