Responsables institucionales. Para la entrega de los beneficios creados por el artículo 99 de la Ley 115 de 1994, modificado por el artículo 1° de la Ley 1546 de 2012, deberán participar de manera articulada, y en el marco de sus competencias, el DNP, el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, el Icetex y el Icfes.
