° Autorizase al Concejo Municipal de Urrao para que pueda vender en licitación publica, en lotes de veinte a treinta hectáreas, el terreno que por el Artículo 2o. se cede a la instrucción publica, previo el avaluó pericial y observando, en todo caso, las formalidades que exige el Código Político y Municipal.
