al artículo 42 del Decreto 1558 del 4 de agosto de 1998, así:

Parágrafo

Se exceptúan los vehículos que se trasladen a otra empresa de transporte que tenga radio de acción metropolitano, distrital y/o municipal en la misma ciudad, como también los vehículos que ingresen por renovación del parque automotor de que trata el artículo 6º del Decreto 2659 del 29 de diciembre de 1998 provenientes de otras ciudades".
