amends ley 964/05

Modifíquese el último inciso del parágrafo 2 del literal a) del artículo 7° de la Ley 964 de 2005, el cual quedará así:

Así mismo, podrá autorizar a las bolsas de valores y a los sistemas de negociación de valores para que a través de ellos se negocien valores emitidos en el extranjero que no se encuentren inscritos en el Registro Nacional de Valores y Emisores, a través de sistemas de cotizaciones de valores del extranjero en los términos y condiciones que el Gobierno Nacional determine.
