Para dar cumplimiento a cabalidad de las obligaciones emanadas de este Decreto, cada uno de los Ministerios y Entidades del Estado de que trata este Decreto contemplarán dentro de las solicitudes presupuestales de cada vigencia, los recursos requeridos para su cumplimiento.
