Desde la sanción de esta Ley, los artistas, y compañías o conjuntos teatrales de Ballet, Opera, Opereta, Zarzuela, Drama, Comedia, Revista, etc., que vengan al país patrocinados por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, estarán exentos de todo impuesto nacional, y tendrán derecho a una rebaja del 50% en los transportes de personal y equipaje, en los ferrocarriles y carreteras nacionales.
