Durante la primera semana de enero de cada año se celebrará en el departamento archipiélago de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina el festival de "Fair Tables Festival" con el objetivo de resaltar, promover, fomentar, e impulsar las expresiones culturales ancestrales gastronómicas del pueblo raizal.
