ART 171. Los que cometieren el delito de raer ó cercenar las monedas de oro ó plata extranjeras, que circulen legalmente en Colombia, ó que de cualquier otro modo disminuyan su valor, sufrirán la pena de dos á seis años de presidio, y una multa de cincuenta á doscientos pesos.

Los que á sabiendas introdujeren ó contribuyeren á la introducción, expendio ó circulación de dichas monedas, sufrirán la pena de dos á seis años de presidio, con igual multa.
