SUSPENSION PROVISIONAL DE LA ELECCION: Una vez que la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa disponga la suspensión provisional de la elección de un concejal el Presidente del Concejo declarará la vacancia temporal y dispondrá las medidas conducentes a hacer efectiva la suspensión de funciones del mismo, durante el tiempo de la suspensión.
