Presidencia de la Asamblea. Mientras la Nación tenga más del diez por ciento (10%) de las acciones del Banco, el Ministro de Comercio Exterior presidirá la Asamblea. En su ausencia y mientras existan acciones registradas a nombre de la Nación - Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, lo hará el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público. Faltando uno y otro Ministro, presidirá el Viceministro de Comercio Exterior; y a falta de éste, el Viceministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
