Articulo 1º. Modifíquese el articulo 23 del Decreto 2142 del 25 de noviembre de 1996, modificado por el articulo 1o. del Decreto 1337 del 19 de mayo de 1997, el cual quedará así: "La vigencia del programa de enajenación contenido en el presente decreto se extenderá hasta el 31 de octubre de 1997".
