ARTICULO 76 . Segunda Instancia de las providencias adoptadas por los jueces de ejecución de penas y medidas de seguridad . La apelación interpuesta contra las decisiones proferidas por los jueces de ejecución de penas y medidas de seguridad, será resuelta por los superiores jerárquicos de los jueces que hayan dictado la sentencia condenatoria de primera instancia.
