Autorícese al Gobierno nacional por intermedio del Ministerio de las Culturas, las Artes y los Saberes, a destinar de los recursos del Presupuesto General de la Nación, las partidas necesarias para la celebración anual y preservación de la "Feria de la Confección y la Cultura" realizada en el municipio de Donmatías, departamento de Antioquia el primer fin de semana festivo de octubre de cada año, por motivo de la celebración de su aniversario de fundación institucional.
