ARTICULO 106 . Todo tripulante de buque de pesca industrial deberá tener su Libreta de Embarco para Pescadores, expedida por la Capitanía de Puerto, en la cual se registrarán las faenas de pesca en el mar, los exámenes médicos periódicos y las vacunaciones aplicadas al tripulante.
