ARTICULO 11. Estructura de los códigos de los cargos. Para el manejo sistematizado de los planes de cargos, cada empleo se identifica con un código de seis (6) cifras. El primer dígito señala el nivel al cual pertenece el empleo; el segundo dígito, el grupo ocupacional; el tercero y cuarto dígitos, la carrera dentro de cada grupo ocupacional; y el quinto y sexto dígitos indican la denominación del cargo.
