Destínase la cantidad de diez mil pesos ($ 10,000), para auxiliar la gran excursión escolar que, en cumplimiento de lo que dispone el artículo 1º de la Ley número 33 del presente año, ha organizado el señor Director General de Instrucción Pública del Departamento de Cundinamarca, para el próximo 12 de octubre, aniversario del descubrimiento de América, y fiesta de la raza.
