Las Juntas Departamentales de Higiene de Bolívar y del Atlántico presentaran sus cuentas de cobro debidamente comprobadas y visadas por el respectivo Gobernador, a las correspondientes administraciones de Hacienda Nacional. Las que presente la Junta de Sanidad de Tumaco serán visadas por el Prefecto y cubiertas por el Administrador de la Aduana. Comuníquese y publíquese.
