°. Contravenciones cometidas por niños, niñas y adolescentes . Cuando un menor de dieciocho (18) años de edad, incurra en comportamientos que contraríen los artículos 97 y 98 de la Ley 1453 de 2011, será trasladado de inmediato ante el comisario de familia, con el fin de que participe en un programa pedagógico; sin perjuicio de la aplicación de las demás medidas a que hubiere lugar.
