Ámbito de aplicación. El presente Capítulo se aplica a las entidades territoriales certificadas para la organización del servicio de apoyo pedagógico para la oferta de educación inclusiva a los estudiantes que encuentran barreras para el aprendizaje y la participación por su condición de discapacidad y a los estudiantes con capacidades o con talentos excepcionales, matriculados en los establecimientos educativos estatales.
