Extensión de los principios. Cuando la actividad de gestión de los fondos de capital privado sea desarrollada por parte de sujetos diferentes a la sociedad administradora de fondos de capital privado, tales sujetos en el desarrollo de dichas actividades, deberán aplicar en los mismos términos, los principios y deberes mencionados en los artículos anteriores.
