Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, subroga los artículos 1°, 5°, 12 y 16 del Decreto 2181 de 2006 y deroga los artículos 13, 14, 15 y 17 del Decreto 2181 de 2006 y todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.

Decreto 4300 de 2007 · por el cual se reglamentan las disposiciones relativas a planes parciales de que tratan los artículos 19 y 27 de la Ley 388 de 1997 y el artículo 80 de la Ley 1151 de 2007, se subrogan los artículos 1°, 5°, 12 y 16 del Decreto 2181 de 2006 y se dictan otras disposiciones.
