°. Fijación de la tarifa . Para efectos del cálculo y determinación de la tasa, la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud dará aplicación a los factores, variables, coeficientes y a los criterios en materia de liquidación, cobro y fijación de las tarifas a aplicar, establecidos en los Decretos 1405 de 1999 y 1280 de 2008. Así mismo, dará aplicación a las condiciones establecidas a este respecto en el Decreto 1580 de 2002 o la norma que lo modifique, adicione o sustituya.
