Garantía única a favor de la entidad estatal. Como requisito para la ejecución del contrato de comisión, el comisionista seleccionado deberá constituir a favor de la entidad estatal comitente la garantía única de cumplimiento de conformidad con el artículo 7° de la Ley 1150 de 2007 y las normas que lo reglamenten, en relación con el valor de la comisión que se pagará al comisionista por sus servicios.
