Los actos o decisiones que tome el Gerente General en ejercicio de cualesquiera de las funciones a él asignadas por ministerio de la ley, los presentes estatutos o acuerdo posteriores de la Junta Directiva se denominarán "Resoluciones" y se numerarán sucesivamente con indicación del día, mes y año que se expidan.
