Para utilizar el tratamiento arancelario preferencial señalado en este decreto, deberá entregarse a la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales DIAN además de los documentos indicados en las disposiciones vigentes, el registro de importación otorgado por el Incomex en el cual conste que la importación se sujeta a lo previsto en el inciso primero del artículo 2 del presente decreto.
