Articulo 7 º. Las deudas, bonos y pagarés enumerados en el artículo 4º del presente Decreto, serán pagados por el Banco de la República, por su valor nominal, a partir del 1º de enero de 1956, fecha desde la cual dejarán de devengar intereses.
