Auxiliase con la suma de treinta mil pesos ($ 30.000.00) a la Sociedad de Prevención Infantil, que ha tomado a su cargo el aislamiento, la manutención y la formación de los niños sanos, hijos de los leprosos.

Parágrafo

Este auxilio se destinará a la prosecución del edificio que para el Preventorio Infantil ha emprendido la mencionada Sociedad en el sitio de Sibaté, y también para los demás gastos de instalación que dicha institución demande.
