LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo séptimo. Autorizase al Instituto Nacional de Fomento Tabacalero para organizar un Fondo Rotatorio con el fin de suministrar abonos, insecticidas, fungicidas, herramientas y demás elementos de cultivo a los cosechadores de tabaco.
