Tránsito de vehículos automotores y de transporte fluvial. Los gobernadores, de conformidad con lo decidido en el consejo departamental de seguridad, podrán restringir la circulación de vehículos automotores, embarcaciones, motocicletas, o de estas con acompañantes, durante el período que se estime conveniente, con el objeto de prevenir posibles alteraciones del orden público.
