º . Responsabilidad del Usuario Administrador. El Usuario Administrador responderá ante la Nación por los tributos aduaneros correspondientes a los bienes de la Zona Franca Transitoria Especial sin el cumplimiento de los requisitos previstos en la legislación aduanera y por las demás sanciones a que haya lugar como consecuencia de dicho incumplimiento.
