Intervenciones en el hábitat y la vivienda diferencial. Todas las intervenciones que se adelanten sobre los hábitats y viviendas diferenciales deberán estructurarse y ejecutarse tomando en consideración las normas y principios contenidos en el presente capítulo y, en general, aquellas que recaigan específicamente sobre el hábitat y la vivienda diferencial.

Las intervenciones deberán propender porque se conserven y fortalezcan las condiciones sociales y materiales en las que se concretan los componentes enunciados en el artículo 2.2.2.4.2. En el diseño e intervención del espacio público se debe partir de la garantía de su finalidad, destinación y uso con un enfoque diferencial que tome en consideración aspectos relacionados con el uso, goce y disfrute que responda a las costumbres históricas o ancestrales de las poblaciones aledañas.
