Las sanciones establecidas en los artículos anteriores se aumentarán hasta la mitad de la cuantía del perjuicio material causado con la infracción fuere superior a dos mil pesos, o si siendo inferior, ha ocasionado a la víctima graves dificultades para atender a su subsistencia.
