Durante el período de sesiones extraordinarias señalado en el artículo primero del presente Decreto, la Comisión Tercera del Senado de la República se ocupará de realizar el procedimiento de elección del Presidente de la Comisión Tercera del Senado de la República, ante la falta absoluta por renuncia al cargo de Senador, del Presidente electo para la legislatura 2022-2023.
