Decisión sobre las recusaciones. Corresponde al Senado decidir sobre las recusaciones propuestas para cuya.prueba se concederá, a la parte interesada, el término de seis (6) días. Si la actuación se instruyere por una Comisión, ante ésta se ventilará el incidente.

Concluido el término previsto, la Comisión trasladará el asunto al Senado para que resuelva.
