Los planteles de comercio quedan obligados a indicar en sus prospectos los cursos que se proponen adelantar, y en general lo concerniente a su organización, valor de las pensiones, cobro y pago de ellas. Tales planteles deberán someterse rigurosamente a las disposiciones del Decreto número 3040 de noviembre 29 de 1961.
