Con el fin de establecer la cotización cambiaria a que se refieren los artículos anteriores, la sociedad que someta a la aprobación de la Superintendencia de Sociedades Anónimas los avalúos efectuados por su Asamblea General, deberá presentar la correspondiente certificación expedida por el Banco de la República.
