Ejecutoriada Una sentencia contra el Estado, se comunica al Gobierno para que se le dé cumplimiento, si tiene facultades para hacerlo, o de no para que inmediatamente que sea posible promueva la expedición de un acto legislativo que haga la sentencia eficaz.

Entiéndese esto sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo 551 sobre el modo de cumplir la sentencia en que se ordena la entrega de una cosa raíz o mueble.

El Estado no puede ser ejecutado.
