Auméntase a cincuenta mil pesos ($50,000) anuales la partida votada para la construcción del camino de Occidente, que partiendo de Tunja vaya al río Magdalena, pasando por Chiquinquirá.

La construcción de este camino quedará bajo la administración del Departamento de Boyacá.
