Catálogo de Clasificación Presupuestal. El Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público - Dirección General de Presupuesto Público Nacional de conformidad con lo establecido por el artículo 154 de la Ley 2056 de 2020 y demás normas que lo modifiquen o sustituyan, definirá el catálogo de clasificación presupuestal.

Parágrafo transitorio

A partir del 1 de enero del año 2021 dicho catálogo deberá ser implementado por las entidades beneficiarias de Asignaciones Directas y las ejecutoras de recursos del Sistema General de Regalías.
