ANTICIPO DE CESANTÍA. Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional podrán solicitar el reconocimiento y pago de anticipo de cesantías hasta por la totalidad del tiempo que acrediten en la fecha de la respectiva solicitud, pagadera de acuerdo con la disponibilidad presupuestal, siempre y cuando se destine para compra, construcción o mejoramiento de vivienda o liberación de esta.

Parágrafo

Cuando el Agente de la Policía Nacional acredite tener vivienda y demuestre calamidad doméstica o extrema necesidad, podrá otorgársele el anticipo de cesantía de conformidad con reglamentación que expida el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.
