El histórico y benemérito Colegio de San Bartolomé será en adelante una institución autónoma, bajo la dirección de los Reverendos, Padres de la Compañía de Jesús. Dicho Colegio seguirá funcionando en el mismo edificio, de propiedad nacional, que hasta ahora ha ocupado, sin que la destinación que se le da a este edificio implique traspaso ni limitación de propiedad. El Gobierno continuara dándole cumplimiento a la Ley 41 de 1920.
