° Desde la fecha del presente Decreto, el Poder Ejecutivo hará, por conducto de la Sección 2 a del Ministerio de Gobierno, los nombramientos de Directores, Subdirectores, MAdicos, Capellanes, Síndicos y Alcaides de la Penitenciarías, Carceles, Secciones de Presidio y Colonias Penales de la República. Los demás empleados no comprendidos en el inciso anterior continuarán siendo nombrados por los empelados a quienes se ha delegado esa facultad, menos el Secretario de la Sección 1 a de Presidio, que se hará también por el Poder Ejecutivo.
